a Personal & Professional Leadership Development Training & Coaching Firm, located in Peachtree City, Georgia. Modern Empowerment Inc. is the company that Lorinda serves as a Leadership Coach, DiSC Consultant & Trainer, and Speaker certified by The John Maxwell Team. She is also certified as a Brand Consultant for Career Development. Upon request, Modern Empowerment Inc. can offer faith-based and faith-catered leadership training for organizations and teams.
After spending nearly 15 years in corporate America with real world experience as an engineering expert in the automotive industry, Lorinda gained priceless experience in communications strategies with diverse teams both domestically and internationally, problem solving methods for complicated projects, and conflict resolution techniques that has been seamlessly infused into the leadership development programs used at Modern Empowerment Inc.
