Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted and shipped back to us within 30 days after the product has been received. Be sure to complete below Problem Report Form if you have one of these issues for review. No refunds. 

All Sales Are Final. Any digital products, media, ebooks, downloads, products, services etc. on this website, affiliate websites, social media outlets, or any other distributor. No refunds. 

If a package was never received or package lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit due to wrong information provided by customer. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. We are not responsible for packages considered undeliverable by the courier. The return address for lost or unclaimed packages is set by default to our facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

If any you notice a misprint, defect, or damage on the products, please complete Problem Report Form. Please include the following information:

  1. Include Order #
  2. Include First and Last Name on Order
  3. Include Best Contact Email
  4. Upload File: Upload A Picture Showing The Concern
  5. Provide Description: Describe in detail the concern
  6. Submit Problem Report
  7. Ship Package Back To Our Facility: Once you have completed the online Problem Report Form, it is OK to ship back asap.

Claims will begin to get processed upon receipt. Please note, that during Holiday and Peak Seasons that there are special shipping timing and rates that apply. Please refer to the Holiday Shipping timing and rates.

Reasons for Returns

All sales are final. No refunds. Orders are eligible for review as a reason for return based upon the following: 

Wrong Address – If the customer provided an address that is considered insufficient or undeliverable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address the customer. The customer can reorder and reship the product at their own expense. If the product was shipped to wrong address due or considered insufficient by the courier due to our error, we will reship the package back to you at our expense. 

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. We do not hold products, packages, returns or any items and are not responsible for items being donated. We will not refund or reimburse for donated items.  

Returned by Customer – It is best to contact us using the Problem Report Form before returning any products to our facility. All sales are final. No refunds. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges. A new order, at customer expense, would need to be placed if you desire a different size or variation. If an item was received misprinted, damaged, or defective, please refer to instructions for those items. 

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items –  All Sales Are Final. If a customer received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a Problem Report Form and ship the package back to us within 30 days of the package being received. Please take pictures and attach it to your Problem Report Form Claims filed after 30 days of the package being received will be deemed ineligible for returns. Claims filed within 30 days, but the package is not shipped and received within 30 days will be deemed ineligible for returns. The quickest way to process claims is through the online claims system. Once the Problem Report has been submitted, please feel free to go ahead and ship your item back using the return packing label. If the product is damaged due to being misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace your defective item and ship it back to the customer at no additional expense to the customer.
