Consumers can shop online for just about anything. This includes a new bank, mortgage, insurance, and more. There are numerous choices to choose from with a wide range of options both online and in the banking center. At one point, it was required to go to the branch to manage your accounts, now you can make deposits on a smart phone.  

So then, how is a bank supposed to compete when there are so many options in the industry?
