We all have had dreams of where we want our careers to go and where we want it be. Ask yourself are you living out that dream right now. If not, let’s explore tips and tools that will help us to be better leaders in the workforce. Sometimes when we first start off in the industry, we believe that our careers will go in a certain direction and then realize that what we thought we happen do not happen.

Let’s start a new chapter and evaluate if we are really doing what we are supposed to be doing. This takes a lot of courage, because it requires self-reflection. We have to ask ourselves about our choices. There were some choices that we did not have control over and there are other choices that we have control over on our own.
